At Purrbobbin Co., we believe buying something handmade for your cat should come with a clear, dependable, and friendly experience. Our policies are here to explain exactly what you can expect from us, what we ask from you, and how we handle everything from orders and shipping to returns, privacy, and product safety.

We are a mother-daughter team, and Purrbobbin is hands-on in the most literal sense. We create our own artwork and fabric designs, cut and sew our products, inspect them, package your orders, and ship them ourselves from Mangum, Oklahoma. Because there isn't a giant warehouse or mysterious factory somewhere behind Purrbobbin, we think it's especially important to be open about how we make our products, how we run our business, and what happens if something doesn't go according to plan. No mysterious fine print, no policies that require a law degree and a magnifying glass.

Purrbobbin is built around art, family, cats, and the simple joy of making things with our own hands. We bring that same care to the way we run our business. As we grow, our products and processes may change, but our goal will remain the same: to treat our customers fairly, communicate clearly, protect the artwork we create, take the safety of the pets using our products seriously, and make your experience with Purrbobbin as smooth as possible.
