Welcome to Purrbobbin Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.purrbobbin.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the Site.

Purrbobbin Co. is a creative, family-run business specializing in handmade cat toys and accessories featuring original artwork and designs created by the artists behind Purrbobbin Co.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and any other policies referenced on the Site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using www.purrbobbin.com or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You may not use www.purrbobbin.com to engage in fraud, interfere with Site operations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, misuse payment systems, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in other unlawful or abusive activity.

Products

Purrbobbin Co. offers handmade cat toys, accessories, and related products.

Products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cat kickers

  • Cat toys

  • Catnip toys

  • Crinkle toys

  • Toys containing bells or other interactive components

  • Cat accessories

  • Seasonal and limited-edition products

  • Other handmade cat-related products introduced over time

Product availability, designs, fabrics, materials, sizes, features, options, and pricing may change without notice.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or limit products, designs, fabrics, materials, or product options at any time.

Handmade Products

Purrbobbin Co. products are handmade rather than mass-produced.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, individual items may have minor variations in dimensions, stitching, shape, fabric placement, pattern positioning, stuffing distribution, and other characteristics.

These natural variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Measurements provided on the Site are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency and quality across our products, but no two handmade items are guaranteed to be completely identical.

Fabric and Pattern Placement

Many Purrbobbin Co. products are made using fabrics featuring original artwork and repeating designs.

The exact placement of artwork or individual design elements on a finished product will vary depending on where the fabric is cut.

A product photograph represents the overall fabric design and style of the item but does not guarantee that your individual product will contain the exact same portion or placement of the printed design shown in the photograph.

Pattern placement variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Original Artwork and Designs

Purrbobbin Co. products feature original artwork, illustrations, fabric designs, characters, graphics, and other creative works created by the artists behind Purrbobbin Co.

The purchase of a Purrbobbin product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, illustrations, fabric designs, characters, branding, graphics, photographs, written content, or other intellectual property appearing on or associated with that product.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Product Options and Selections

Certain products may be available with selectable features or options, such as different fabrics, catnip, crinkle material, bells, or other components.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting their desired options before completing checkout.

The options shown on the completed order will be used to prepare the product.

If you believe you selected an option incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible at legal@purrbobbin.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after production or preparation has begun.

Catnip Products

Certain Purrbobbin Co. products may contain catnip when that option is selected or when catnip is identified as a feature of the product.

Individual cats respond differently to catnip. Some cats may show strong interest or excitement, while others may show little or no response.

Purrbobbin Co. does not guarantee that a particular cat will respond to or enjoy catnip.

Customers are responsible for determining whether catnip products are appropriate for their individual pets.

If a household includes pets that should not have access to catnip or if a veterinarian has advised against its use, customers should select an appropriate non-catnip option when available.

Bells, Crinkle Material, and Other Components

Some Purrbobbin Co. toys may contain bells, crinkle material, stuffing, or other components enclosed within the toy.

These features will be identified where appropriate in the product description or product options.

Pet toys can become damaged through chewing, scratching, biting, kicking, pulling, or ordinary play. Internal components may become accessible if a toy is torn or damaged.

Customers should regularly inspect pet toys and immediately discontinue use if a toy becomes torn, opened, damaged, or sufficiently worn that stuffing, bells, crinkle material, thread, fabric pieces, or other internal components could become accessible.

Pet Toy Safety and Supervision

Purrbobbin Co. products intended for pets are designed for pet play but are not indestructible.

Pets vary greatly in size, strength, chewing behavior, play style, and ability to damage toys.

All pet toys should be used with appropriate supervision.

Before giving a product to your pet, inspect it to make sure it is intact and appropriate for your animal's size and play habits.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the condition of pet toys during use.

Immediately remove a toy from your pet if it becomes damaged, torn, frayed, opened, or otherwise unsafe.

Do not allow a pet to swallow fabric, thread, stuffing, bells, crinkle material, catnip, or other components.

Purrbobbin Co. cannot guarantee that any pet toy will withstand persistent chewing, destructive play, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.

Purrbobbin Co. products are not a substitute for veterinary care or professional advice regarding the needs or safety of an individual animal.

Products Are Intended for Pets

Products identified as cat toys or pet products are intended for use by pets and are not children's toys.

Pet toys containing stuffing, bells, crinkle material, catnip, or other components should not be given to infants or children as toys.

Keep packaging materials and any other non-product materials away from children and pets.

Processing and Handmade Production Times

Because Purrbobbin Co. products are handmade, orders may require time to be sewn, assembled, prepared, inspected, packed, and shipped.

Any processing, production, shipping, or estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the Site is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Processing times may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Product type

  • Product options

  • Material or fabric availability

  • Seasonal demand

  • Holidays

  • Equipment interruptions

  • Weather events

  • Carrier delays

  • Other circumstances outside Purrbobbin Co.'s reasonable control

An estimated shipment or delivery date is not a guaranteed date.

Shipping Addresses and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting an order.

Purrbobbin Co. is not responsible for delivery problems caused by information entered incorrectly by the customer, including:

  • Incorrect street addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Incorrect ZIP codes

  • Misspelled street or city names

  • Old addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Other inaccurate delivery information

If an order must be shipped again because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the actual cost of reshipping the order.

If an address error was caused by Purrbobbin Co. rather than by the customer, the customer will not be charged for correcting that error.

Once Your Package Leaves Purrbobbin Co.

Once a completed order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package is physically in the possession and control of that carrier.

Purrbobbin Co. does not operate the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other independent shipping carriers. We do not control their employees, sorting facilities, delivery routes, scanning systems, schedules, or delivery decisions.

Once the carrier has accepted your package, we cannot physically control:

  • Where the package is located at a particular moment

  • When the carrier scans the package

  • Whether a tracking scan is missed or delayed

  • Which sorting facility handles the package

  • The route the carrier chooses

  • Weather-related delays

  • Carrier staffing problems

  • Transportation delays

  • Delivery attempts

  • Where a carrier employee places a delivered package

  • Carrier routing errors

  • Carrier misdelivery

  • Other events occurring while the package is in the carrier's possession

Purrbobbin Co. generally has access to the same carrier tracking information that is provided to you.

We do not have a private or more detailed tracking system that allows us to see inside postal facilities, locate packages on delivery vehicles, identify exactly where an unscanned package is located, or obtain information that the carrier has not made available through its tracking system.

If your tracking information has stopped updating, your package is delayed, a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, or you have questions about the physical location of a package that has already entered the carrier's network, you should contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Packages Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot immediately locate it, please do not assume that the package is permanently lost.

Shipping carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before the package actually reaches the customer. In some cases, a package marked “Delivered” may appear later.

If your tracking information says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, we recommend that you:

  1. Allow a reasonable amount of time for the package to appear.

  2. Check your mailbox, porch, side doors, back doors, garage, parcel lockers, and other possible delivery locations.

  3. Check with other members of your household.

  4. Check with nearby neighbors when appropriate.

  5. Confirm that the shipping address submitted with your order was correct.

  6. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number if the package still cannot be located.

Purrbobbin Co. does not receive additional hidden delivery information simply because we are the seller.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purrbobbin Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise go missing after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

This includes packages stolen or removed after the carrier has completed delivery.

Customers should contact the applicable carrier regarding lost packages, delivery disputes, packages marked delivered but not received, or other carrier-related concerns.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Returns of Physical Products

Return eligibility and procedures are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on www.purrbobbin.com.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, customers should contact Purrbobbin Co. before returning a product.

Products returned without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.

Because certain Purrbobbin Co. products may be made or prepared according to customer-selected options, some products or orders may be subject to additional return restrictions as described in the applicable product listing or Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits return or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe you received a product that was damaged during shipment, incorrectly made, or materially different from the product you ordered, contact legal@purrbobbin.com as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue, including:

  • Photographs of the entire product

  • Close-up photographs of the affected area

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of shipping labels

  • Your order information

  • Additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim

Normal handmade variation, normal fabric pattern placement, minor dimensional differences, or damage caused after delivery through pet play, chewing, scratching, misuse, improper handling, or ordinary wear and tear are not manufacturing defects.

Damage Caused During Pet Use

Cat toys are consumable play items and may wear out over time.

Damage that occurs after a pet begins using a toy, including punctures, tears, pulled threads, fraying, bite damage, claw damage, opened seams caused by play, or damage resulting from destructive behavior, is generally considered wear or pet-caused damage rather than a product defect.

Customers are responsible for inspecting toys regularly and replacing or discarding them when they become worn or damaged.

A toy that is damaged through use should be removed from the pet immediately.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, fabric designs, characters, product designs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, photographs, website content, and other creative materials appearing on www.purrbobbin.com are owned by or lawfully used by Purrbobbin Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property appearing on or embodied in that product.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, copy, imitate, commercially exploit, manufacture products using, or otherwise use protected Purrbobbin Co. content without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Product Images and Representation

We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately.

However, product photographs and digital images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product and may not perfectly reproduce its physical appearance.

Actual products may vary due to factors including:

  • Monitor and device settings

  • Screen brightness

  • Fabric printing

  • Fabric texture

  • Material differences

  • Handmade construction

  • Pattern placement

  • Cutting and sewing

  • Stuffing distribution

  • Minor dimensional differences

  • Natural variations between handmade items or material batches

Colors displayed on a screen may differ from colors on a physical product.

Minor variations that are normal to handmade production are not necessarily defects.

Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, descriptions, product specifications, options, and availability information.

However, typographical errors, pricing errors, technical errors, inventory errors, or other mistakes may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel an affected order, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary.

If an order is canceled by Purrbobbin Co. before fulfillment because of a pricing, inventory, or Site error, amounts paid for the canceled product will be returned as appropriate.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not obligate Purrbobbin Co. to accept or fulfill that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment problems

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Product or material unavailability

  • Production limitations

  • Unsupported shipping destinations

  • Suspected abuse of Site policies

  • Unusually large quantities that we cannot reasonably fulfill

  • Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment

If we cancel an order that has been paid for but has not been fulfilled, an appropriate refund will generally be issued for the canceled portion.

Because products may begin being cut, sewn, assembled, or otherwise prepared shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed once work on an order has begun.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a legitimate problem with an order, please contact legal@purrbobbin.com so that we have an opportunity to review the issue.

Customers should not knowingly initiate fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks.

If a payment dispute occurs, Purrbobbin Co. may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including:

  • Order information

  • Payment records

  • Shipping and tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communications

  • Photographic evidence

  • Product selection and option information

  • Applicable policies and terms

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in restriction from future purchases or other appropriate action.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their financial institution or applicable law.

Refusal of Service

To the extent permitted by law, Purrbobbin Co. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or prevent future purchases in cases involving suspected fraud, threats, harassment, abusive behavior, repeated policy abuse, intellectual property violations, fraudulent payment disputes, or other unlawful or harmful conduct.

Third-Party Services

Purrbobbin Co. relies on third-party services to operate portions of the Site and business, including payment processing, website hosting, shipping, analytics, email services, and other business services.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, delays, errors, or failures caused by independent third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, www.purrbobbin.com and its products and services are provided on an “as available” and, where appropriate, “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We do not guarantee that any pet toy will be indestructible or suitable for every individual animal.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purrbobbin Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the Site, inability to use the Site, third-party service interruptions, carrier delays, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

Pet owners are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pets, supervising their pets during play, regularly inspecting toys for damage, and removing damaged or unsafe toys from use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purrbobbin Co. is not responsible for injury, illness, property damage, ingestion of materials, or other harm resulting from misuse of a product, continued use of a damaged product, unsupervised use, destructive chewing or play, failure to inspect a product, or use contrary to product instructions or warnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purrbobbin Co. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party's rights, or unauthorized use of Purrbobbin Co.'s intellectual property.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

If Purrbobbin Co. does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, materials, business practices, Site, policies, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms may be posted on www.purrbobbin.com with a revised effective or updated date.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
